CARBONE VINO’s menu is a love letter to Italy’s most iconic flavors, featuring an extensive selection of handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, a signature fried veal chop prepared “your way,” and an everchanging selection of seasonal dishes made daily with the finest ingredients.

From Monday to Thursday, as the late afternoon light softens, VINO invites you to indulge in the city’s finest Aperol Spritz, a zesty Calabrian Margarita, or a curated selection from our cellar—sparkling, white, rosé, or red. Each sip is paired with exquisite offerings like Whipped Truffle Ricotta, Tuna Crudo, or a seductive Salumi Board, all crafted to kick off an incredible evening. As the sun sets, the space—designed by the acclaimed Ken Fulk—transports you to a bygone era, while radiating the unmistakable, vibrant pulse of Dallas.
